For several years CNS has adapted its systems to all relevant requirements in the maritime and avionics markets.
We work closely with authorities and certifying bodies to ensure that all products fulfil market demands and regulations. As a result, we have been awarded several certificates for our maritime and avionic products.
Main certificates
Maritime
- BSH, EC Quality System (Module D) Certificate in accordance with the requirements of the Maritime Equipment Directive Annex B Module D.
- BSH, EC Type Examination (Module B) Certificate in compliance with the navigation requirement of Maritime Equipment Directive (MED) 96/98//EC as modified by Directive 2002/75/EC, products certificate for our AIS class A system.
Aviation
- Production Organisation Approval (POA). Managed by EASA in accordance with Subpart G of Regulation (EC) 1702/2003.
- MSU No.2/03, products certificate for our VDL Mode 4 products.
